This workshop is appropriate for potential homebuyers who are interested in purchasing a home from SBCLT. We’ll learn about SBCLT’s housing price points and how to work with SBCLT-approved realtors — and you’ll get to meet many of them, too. Since we’ll be meeting on-site in Curtis Bay in South Baltimore, this workshop comes with a unique opportunity to see and tour SBCLT’s available homes.
