Join the South Baltimore Community Land Trust for a free community workshop on financial readiness for housing. This workshop is appropriate for renters and for those interested in embarking on the homebuying process. Together, we’ll review budgeting and banking basics and identify strategies for improving credit readiness. For homebuyers, we’ll help you prepare for housing counseling and the pre-approval process. We’ll be joined by special guests Chloe Williams, Director of Housing Counseling from the Druid Heights Community Development Corporation, as well as lending experts from PNC Bank.
