How does mortgage financing work in a community land trust (CLT)? Turns out, it’s not that complicated, and it comes with additional benefits and opportunities!
At this free community workshop appropriate for all those interested in the homebuying process, you’ll learn about CLT-friendly mortgage products, pre-approval requirements, income limits, and AMI thresholds for SBCLT homes. We’ll be joined by special guest Jerry Edwards of Fulton Mortgage, as well as representatives from PNC and First Home Mortgage, who will provide the most current information about your financing options.
