Join South Baltimore Community Land Trust for a free community workshop on your rights as renters. What tenant rights and protections are you entitled to? Where do you go for habitability concerns? What are best practices for documentation and advocacy? When should you escalate unresolved housing issues? Guiding us in this workshop is Detrese Dowridge, executive director of Baltimore Renters United, an organization working with tenants citywide to make renting safer for all individuals and families in Baltimore City.
