DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, August 20\, 2026\n6:00-7:30PM\nHazel Street\n\nTour available affordable homes in South Baltimore\, newly-renovated by South Baltimore Community Land Trust! \nThis workshop is appropriate for potential homebuyers who are interested in purchasing a home from SBCLT. We’ll learn about SBCLT’s housing price points and how to work with SBCLT-approved realtors — and you’ll get to meet many of them\, too. Since we’ll be meeting on-site in Curtis Bay in South Baltimore\, this workshop comes with a unique opportunity to see and tour SBCLT’s available homes. \n\nThis workshop is part of a six-part monthly stewardship series offered by SBCLT.
